COD confirmation message templates for WhatsApp

Template 6: confirmed reply

Template 7: cancelled reply

Template 8: paid online reply

How to use these templates

  1. Pick one confirmation template for every COD order.
  2. Submit it as a utility template with Confirm, Cancel and Pay now buttons.
  3. Send it within minutes of the order.
  4. Use template 5 once if there is no reply, then follow your policy.
  5. Use 6, 7 or 8 to close the loop on each answer.

Adapting them to your store

Match the tone to your brand, but keep the structure: what the order is, what it costs, where it is going, and what to do now. If you ship in regional languages, submit a version of the confirmation in each language you use, since a buyer who cannot read the message cannot confirm it.
